    Students today experience high levels of stress especially because of the stiff competition they are exposed to. Peer pressure, Expectations from everybody around them, school work, extra-curricular activities, the pressure to excel is causing them a lot of anxiety and stress, as a result of which, sometimes they are unable to perform well in their academics.
